• Live Moss: To ensure freshness, orders containing live moss are preferably shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, avoiding weekend delays in transit warehouses.

• 3D Printing: 3D printed products may require an additional preparation time of 24-48 hours if manufactured on demand.

• Weight & Volume: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order (protective packaging included).

• Standard Package (up to 2kg): €9.95 (Recommended for combined orders, 3D art, or multiple items)

📍 CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA & MELILLARecipient's ID number (DNI/NIF) is mandatory for customs processing.

• Certified Mail (up to 1 kg): €10.95

• Standard Package (up to 2 kg): €14.95
