This hydrates the substrate via capillary action, keeping roots cool and moist while leaving the plant's crown dry and safe, drastically reducing the risk of fungal rot.

💧 Vertical Microclimate Generator Cephalotus doesn't climb, but it loves humidity. The hexagonal tower filled with Sphagnum acts as a passive humidifier, creating a constant wall of moisture right behind your pitchers—vital for growing large, healthy traps without the need for closed terrariums that cut off airflow.

🌱 Symbiotic Ecosystem Zone (Companion Plants) The pot base is sized not just for the Cephalotus' deep root system, but to house companion plants that share the same habitat. Ideal for: Carpets of Utricularia (bladderworts), small Droseras, or propagating live moss on the surface.

🟢 PLA (Indoor / LED Grow Lights) Perfect for indoor grow shelves with artificial lighting. Biodegradable material with clean aesthetic finishes.

🔵 PETG (Greenhouses / High Humidity) If you grow in an environment with aggressive humidity or moderate heat. PETG is hydrophobic and chemically very resistant, ideal for permanent contact with distilled water and acidic substrates.

🔴 ABS (Outdoor / Direct Sun) The professional choice. If you plan to move your Cephalotus outside to get those intense red tones from direct sun, you need ABS. It resists UV radiation and high summer temperatures without warping.
