Quality and Botanical Commitment at EUSPAGNE

1. Live and Exclusive Sphagnum Moss We take taxonomy very seriously. Each portion of moss is delivered in an individual container, correctly labeled with its specific botanical species.

Note on color: As it is living matter, shades may vary from the photographs due to lighting, the season, or the plant's own genetics. This natural diversity guarantees that you are receiving a living, authentic product, not an artificial reproduction.

2. Professional and Specific Substrates We understand that the health of an exotic plant begins at its roots. That is why we offer everything from raw materials of extreme purity (coconut coir, blonde peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite) to ready-to-use professional mixes. We guarantee growing media free of unwanted fertilizers, with the exact pH, moisture retention, and aeration that your carnivorous plants and orchids need to thrive.

3. Specialized LED Lighting We bring the ideal light directly to your indoor setup. Our LED lighting systems are specifically selected for their optimal light spectrum. With them, we guarantee that your botanical collections will maintain vigorous growth and develop their most intense, natural colors year-round, without depending on outdoor sunlight.

4. 3D Designs and Botanical Art Our 3D printing section goes beyond simple decoration. We offer technical pots, modular terrariums, and 3D relief art pieces designed strictly with the cultivation and aesthetics of exotic plants in mind, using sustainable, durable, and high-quality filaments.

5. Precision Tools We know that success in cultivation depends on the most technical details. For this reason, we provide you with the exact same measurement tools that we use in our own greenhouses. Correctly monitoring water parameters (pH, TDS, chlorine) is the definitive key to keeping your most demanding species in optimal conditions.

The perfect substrate for demanding plants with SISANFLOR Blonde Peat Moss 5L

SISANFLOR 5-Liter Blonde Peat Moss is a premium organic substrate made from partially decomposed Sphagnum moss. Unlike coco coir or universal potting soil, blonde peat moss stands out for its acidic nature and its incredible ability to retain water without losing aeration.

It is "pure gold" for carnivorous plant growers and the secret ingredient to making acid-loving plants (those that hate lime/calcium) look spectacular.

Main Benefits

  • Naturally acidic environment: Its low pH level creates the exact habitat certain plants need to successfully absorb soil nutrients.

  • High water retention: It can absorb up to 20 times its dry weight in water, keeping roots cool and hydrated.

  • Light and fluffy structure: Prevents compaction and allows for rapid development of the root system.

  • Free of pathogens and weeds: Its natural acidity and origin guarantee a sterile and safe growing medium.

Composition and Technical Specs

  • Composition: 100% Sphagnum Peat Moss (Natural blonde peat, unfertilized).

  • Volume: 5 Liters.

  • pH: 3.5 - 4.5 (Highly acidic).

  • Electrical Conductivity (EC): Very low. Inert substrate, free of added salts.

  • Organic Matter: > 90%

Recommended Uses

  • Carnivorous Plants: (Venus Flytraps, Sundews, Pitcher plants) It is the only substrate they tolerate well. Mix it 50/50 with SISANFLOR Perlite.

  • Acid-Loving Plants: Essential for growing hydrangeas, azaleas, camellias, gardenias, blueberries, or ferns.

  • Base for creating custom soil mixes: You can mix it with worm castings and coco coir to make high-quality seed starting mixes or universal substrates.

Usage tip: Remember that pure blonde peat moss is highly acidic and lacks nutrients. If you are going to use it for common (non-carnivorous) plants, you will need to mix it with other elements (like worm castings) or add pH adjusters (like agricultural lime or dolomite) to suit your specific needs.
